Witnessing the growth of a startup into an international company

I started my journey with Mitsogo one year into the company when it was just a startup. When you think of joining a startup, you would think of some highly motivated individuals with an idea ready to skyrocket. But in reality, all we knew is that we wanted to do something in the domain of Enterprise Mobility. The directors had a vision for the company. They often shared that vision and made us feel like we were all one team working together. I guess that’s how I could share their passion and work tirelessly with them.

The first few months were spent mostly on market research and brainstorming what our potential product could be. A close watch on the market revealed a trend. As enterprises grew bigger, they looked for options to manage their even larger fleet of devices. They turned to find an MDM solution but soon lost confidence as most MDMs seemed to frustrate their customers. Others were afraid implementing an MDM would further complicate the way they work. That’s when it hit us; there was a need for a user-friendly, easy-to-use MDM solution. And that’s how we built our flagship product, Hexnode UEM. Hexnode is built to handle every endpoint in the enterprise in a simple manner, with customer satisfaction as our number one goal.

Hexnode created a buzz in the market with its regular feature upgrades and the excellent technical support team to answer all queries. As enterprises started switching to newer technologies, they needed a product to keep up with the industry trends. Hexnode proved to be an intuitive option to progress with technology and do everything with fewer clicks and little confusion.

Even within the company, you could feel the excitement. We were increasing in numbers, and all our teams were expanding. The whole structure was changing. I guess it was part of the shift from being a startup to an international enterprise. Each of us got individual roles, responsibilities and even the nature of our tasks became more crucial. But the one thing that made me happy is that even with a larger workforce, we manage to carry on a free and open atmosphere at work. I enjoy coming in every day. It’s not that we don’t have our bad days or some stressful ones; it’s because I have a team that will always encourage me and keep pushing me to move forward.

The chance to watch the company rapidly progress was an exhilarating experience, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to be a part of it. We at Mitsogo dream high, we have more future endeavors in mind, and I’m really excited for what’s to come.
